These Terms apply to the Website and to the Book, Course, LIVE Membership, events, communities, and other offerings identified below. Product-specific terms supplement the General Terms.
Welcome to FinancialIncrease.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Financial Increase University (“Financial Increase,” “FIU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of FinancialIncrease.com, all of its subdomains, and any related products, services, courses, memberships, programs, trainings, events, communities, communications, tools, and content (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, making a purchase, clicking an acceptance box, or enrolling in or participating in a Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase or participate in the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase or enroll in a recurring membership. If you use a Service for or with members of your household, you remain responsible for complying with these Terms.
Financial Increase University provides financial education for informational purposes only. Nothing on this website should be considered financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or insurance advice. Results are not guaranteed and will vary. Please consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
These Terms apply across FinancialIncrease.com and all subdomains. A sales page, checkout page, order form, event description, or separate written agreement may contain additional product-specific terms. If a specific written term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific term controls for that purchase. Marketing summaries do not override the terms disclosed at checkout.
You may use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

All Services are provided for general educational and informational purposes. Financial Increase does not provide individualized financial, investment, securities, trading, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical, or mental-health advice.
References to stocks, cryptocurrency, real estate, income opportunities, debt strategies, asset protection, retirement accounts, or other financial topics are educational examples—not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or enter into any particular investment, transaction, business, or legal arrangement. You must protect your login credentials and may not share them or permit others to access paid or protected content through your account unless we expressly authorize household or group access. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the applicable content for your own educational use. You may not reproduce, record, distribute, publish, upload, publicly display, sell, sublicense, teach from, share, modify, or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights in a lawfully owned physical copy beyond what applicable law permits.
You consent to receive electronic transactional communications relating to your purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, account, program, service changes, or these Terms. Transactional messages may be sent even if you opt out of promotional marketing. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
These hardcover terms apply to purchases of The 180 Inner-Game Shifts to Financial Increase in physical hardcover format (the “Hardcover Edition”). Hardcover orders are shipped only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available unless expressly offered at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary by location, carrier availability, weather, and other circumstances. You must provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned because of incorrect or incomplete information, you may be responsible for reasonable reshipping costs.
The Hardcover Edition is covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee, subject to return of the physical book. To qualify:
Normal wear is acceptable. We may deny the guarantee if the book has excessive or intentional damage, including missing pages, water damage, burns, or substantial tears. No refund is due if the book is not returned or proof of timely return cannot be provided when reasonably requested.
Original shipping and handling charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law. Digital bonuses included with a hardcover purchase are non-returnable and may remain available after an otherwise valid hardcover refund.
If the Hardcover Edition arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Support within seven days after delivery and provide reasonable verification. We may replace the item at no additional charge. This remedy is separate from any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These digital terms apply to the electronic edition of The 180 Inner-Game Shifts to Financial Increase (the “Digital Edition”). Access is generally delivered after purchase by email, download, or an online account. You must provide accurate contact information and are responsible for using compatible devices and software. Contact Support for reasonable assistance with access or download problems.
The original purchaser may request a refund of the Digital Edition purchase price within 180 days after purchase by contacting Support from the email address used at checkout. Digital files cannot be physically returned. Files already downloaded and bonuses already delivered do not need to be returned, although we may end future hosted access where technically reasonable and disclosed.
Any audiobook, event ticket, or other bonus is included only as described on the applicable sales page. Subject to event-specific eligibility, capacity, transfer, expiration, and attendance rules, delivered bonuses may be retained after a Digital Edition refund unless the sales page states otherwise.
We may deny a request reasonably determined to involve fraud or abuse, including materially false information or a pattern of excessive repeated refunds. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
The Digital Edition and associated bonuses are licensed for the original purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded, or made available to others without written permission.
Financial Increase University (the “Course”) is a self-paced educational program consisting primarily of prerecorded videos and related static materials. Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise, the Course does not include live coaching, live Q&A, a private community, direct access to coaches, daily communications, guest sessions, or other features identified as part of Financial Increase University LIVE.
The exact curriculum, bonuses, access period, and technical delivery method are those stated on the applicable sales page or checkout page. We may make reasonable updates to improve, correct, reorganize, or replace course materials without materially reducing the core content purchased.
Course access is personal to the purchaser and subject to the account and intellectual property rules in these Terms. Technical support does not include individualized financial advice or coaching. The refund policy displayed and accepted at checkout controls. If no course-specific refund policy is presented in writing, the Course purchase is final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Financial Increase University LIVE (“FIU LIVE” or the “Membership”) is a recurring membership that may include live coaching, hot seats, live Q&A, access to FIU coaches, a private community or chat, voice notes or reminders, market or trade-related educational commentary, guest speakers, income-opportunity education, investment education, a celebration or ‘Victory Wall’ community, and an on-demand replay library.
Features, speakers, platforms, session dates, frequency, format, and availability may change. Specific individuals are not guaranteed to appear at every session. Live sessions may be rescheduled or canceled, and not every session is guaranteed to be recorded. We may make reasonable substitutions or modifications that preserve the Membership’s overall purpose.
FIU LIVE may begin with an introductory paid or free trial. The trial price, trial duration, date of conversion, recurring price, billing frequency, and any taxes will be clearly disclosed on the enrollment or checkout page before you consent.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the Membership automatically converts to a paid recurring subscription at the rate and frequency disclosed when you enrolled. By enrolling, you expressly authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file for the trial, the first post-trial payment, applicable taxes, and recurring Membership payments until you cancel.
Your confirmation or acknowledgment will restate the automatic-renewal terms and how to cancel in a form you can retain. Any promotional offer is limited to the eligibility and timing stated at enrollment.
After any trial, the Membership renews automatically at the disclosed billing frequency until canceled. Billing dates are generally based on the date paid membership begins but may vary slightly because of processing, weekends, or holidays. You must keep payment information current.
We may change the Membership price for future billing periods. We will provide advance notice of a material price change and cancellation information as required by applicable law. A new price will not apply before its stated effective date.
You may cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, complete cancellation before the next billing or trial-conversion date. If enrollment occurred online, an online cancellation method will be made available as required by applicable law. You may also request cancellation by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access may continue until then. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment already processed. We will provide cancellation confirmation in a form you can retain.
Unless a different policy is expressly presented at enrollment, trial payments and recurring Membership payments are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, failure to attend, failure to use the Membership, or cancellation after a charge has processed, except where required by law.
If a payment is declined, expired, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may retry the charge and suspend or limit access while the account remains unpaid. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation or suspension.
In any event, live session, group, chat, or community, you may not:
We may remove a participant or suspend or terminate access for violations. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, removal for misconduct does not create a refund right.
Participants may share personal stories, financial information, business information, goals, or challenges. You agree not to disclose another participant’s private information outside the program without permission. We cannot guarantee that every participant will comply, so use good judgment and do not share information you are unwilling to have disclosed.
Live sessions or events may be recorded. When recording is planned, we will provide notice appropriate to the setting. By participating after notice, you grant us permission to capture your contributions for program delivery and replay access, subject to applicable law. Separate permission will be obtained before using an identifiable participant testimonial, likeness, or private story in public advertising when required by law.
Event tickets, whether purchased or provided as a bonus, are subject to the event description and any stated capacity, eligibility, age, location, transfer, expiration, attendance, safety, and cancellation rules. Speakers, schedules, venues, and formats may change. Unless otherwise stated, travel, lodging, equipment, internet access, and other attendance costs are your responsibility.
The Services may use or link to third-party payment processors, video hosts, email providers, community or messaging platforms (including Telegram), social media, websites, software, or tools. Third parties have separate terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, accuracy, or conduct, although this does not excuse obligations that applicable law places directly on us.
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, success story, comment, image, video, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, based on genuine experience, and lawful to provide. You retain ownership of your submission but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it for operating the Services and for any additional use to which you expressly agree. We will make legally required disclosures concerning incentives or material connections and will not condition an incentive on a particular sentiment.
We work to keep the Website and Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, security concerns, third-party failures, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. If we permanently discontinue a prepaid Service before providing the material benefit purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS, SO THESE EXCLUSIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCIAL INCREASE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Financial Increase and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, nonpayment, misuse of protected content, threats to safety or security, or unlawful or seriously disruptive conduct. Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose beforehand. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute terms—will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising non-waivable rights available under the laws of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law. Changes apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase or an existing paid period where prohibited. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing by an authorized representative. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the applicable business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable checkout, sales-page, order-form, event, and separate written terms constitute the entire agreement concerning the applicable use or purchase.
