If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds for hardcover purchases are issued only after the returned book is received and inspected.

3.2 Condition of Returned Books

Normal wear is acceptable.
Refunds may be denied if the book shows excessive damage, including but not limited to:

- Water damage

- Missing pages

- Burn marks, tears, or intentional destruction

3.3 Non-Return = No Refund

If you do not return the hardcover book, refuse to return it, or fail to provide proof of return shipment when requested, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Bonuses Included With Hardcover Purchases

Your hardcover order may include digital bonuses, such as the audiobook or other materials listed on the sales page.
These digital bonuses are non-returnable and may be kept even if you request a refund after returning the physical book.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment Authorization

By completing your order, you authorize the Company to charge the payment method provided for the full purchase amount. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to update such information as needed.
